Description:
A.KRÜSS flame photometers are used for the determination of the concentration of alkali and alkaline earth elements in aqueous solutions. These instruments provide a simple and particularly cost-effective alternative to analytical techniques such as ICP or AAS.
Flame photometers are especially suitable for the quantitative determination of alkali metals such as sodium (Na), potassium (K), and lithium (Li), as well as alkaline earth metals like calcium (Ca). Measurement of these elements is performed simultaneously in a single work step.

Consistent modernization of the flame photometers and a special focus on safety concepts have opened up completely new application fields for many cost-sensitive customer groups – from automated incoming goods inspection to the qualification of FFP masks according to DIN 149.
Low operating costs are one of the main advantages of AES, in addition to the high determination accuracy provided by the FP8000 series technology.

- Analysis of food samples
- Quality assessment of high-purity glass and vials for pharmaceutical packaging
- Concrete classification
- Analysis of infusion solutions.
Flame photometer laboratory version with manual sample feed, 4 measurement channels, freely configurable measurement methods, additional channel for flame monitoring.
Measurement ranges for undiluted samples:
- Sodium: 0.01 mg/l to 4500 mg/l
- Potassium: 0.01 mg/l to 4500 mg/l
- Lithium: 0.01 mg/l to 4500 mg/l
- Calcium: 0.50 mg/l to 4500 mg/l
Resolution:
0.001 mg/l for all elements
Accuracy: +/-1% given appropriate standard quality
