AFOTEK

On offer here is a complete wet painting line with drying for rims from Afotek.
The system was built by Afotek in 2003 and extensively modernized in 2015.
The system runs fully automatically and has a manual rework cabin.
The rims are guided through the system by means of a circular chain conveyor.
Of course, other piece goods such as rims can also be painted. Conversion work may be required for this.

The system consists of the following zones:
Receiving the piece goods
Reworking booth
Ionization zone
Infrared zone (preheating of the piece goods)
Automated paint spraying booth
Flash-off zone
Wet paint drying oven (120 C)
Cooling zone
Removal of the piece goods

The system is currently set up on an area of 12.50m x 16m. The overall height is 5.70m

The dimensions can, of course, be adapted by means of conversions.

The system must be dismantled by 31.08. Otherwise the system will continue to be used internally!
