Sawmill for sale:

The line starts with a Bongioanni bandsaw machine and a Costa Multiprisma saw. Due to their design, they are suitable for processing both soft and hard broadleaf species.
The price includes the production lines, auxiliary machines (dust extraction, recycling machines), as well as the necessary saw blades and spare parts. The sawmill can be inspected in Cegléd, Hungary, by appointment.

1st Production Line:
- 1-1 Log deck with log unscrambler
- 1-2 Costa Multiprisma: 280 twin-shaft canter with log turner, 60-80 m³/8h depending on wood species and diameter
- 1-3 Roller conveyor with drop-out
- 1-4 Custom-built cross-cut saw for single-size cutting, with adjustable cutting sizes
- 1-5 Belt conveyors for transporting bulk waste
- 1-6 Drum chipper
- 1-7 Chipper conveyors: screw conveyor, bucket elevator, chute, direct loading onto truck/trailer

2nd Production Line:
- 2-1 Log storage with log unscrambler
- 2-2 Log conveyor with drop-out
- 2-3 Intermediate log storage with unscrambler
- 2-4 Bongioanni log bandsaw and carriage, 1300mm with digital control, multiple preset sizes, blade deviation indicator, laser guide, 25-45 m³/8h (depending on wood species, diameter, and cutting pattern)
- 2-5 Roller conveyor with drop-outs
- 2-6 Cross conveyor with unscrambler
- 2-7 Storti TGS-78 cross-cut saw: digital control, three sawing units for double-size cutting options
- 2-8 Roller conveyor with grading sections
- 2-9 Intermediate cant storage
- 2-10 Roller conveyor
- 2-11 Costa Leopard II gang saw, twin-shaft, automatic feed and power control
- 2-12 Roller conveyor with drop-out and sorting table
- 2-13 Belt conveyors for bulk waste
- 2-14 Drum chipper
- 2-15 Chipper conveyors: screw conveyor, bucket elevator, walking floor system (for direct truck loading)
