A complete production plant to manufacture insulating sheet from rubber granulate derived from waste tyres.
The plant comprises:
• Cylindrical press, 100 tonnes
• 18 moulds, 1000 mm diameter x 1520 mm length
• 18 spacers to adjust cylinder length to 1020mm, 1220mm or 1520mm
• Mixer, weighing unit, conveyor belt and big bag unloader
• Thermo cover for Polyurethane, 1000kg
• Fecken Kirfel band cutter
• Winding machine
• Control Panel
Each mould produces a cylinder of rubber which is peeled into sheeting of 1mm to 10mm thickness by the band cutter and spooled onto the winding machine. At a 5mm thickness, one cylinder yields approximately 210m2 of sheet.

The plant can produce 9 cylinders per 8-hour shift and is supplied with moulds for 2-shift operation.
Plant operation can be automatic or manual.
