Resonance Test Stand POWER SWINGLY 20 kN
The POWER SWINGLY BigTable resonance test stand is designed as a two-mass oscillator.
It consists of an oscillating head, which is excited by an imbalance motor driven by a frequency-controlled asynchronous motor, located at the upper part of the machine and generating the dynamic amplitude.
The oscillating head is supported on preloaded compression coil springs at the upper crossbeam and is guided centrally.
The mid-load drive is located at the lower part of the machine and applies the static preload via a geared motor through a spindle drive.
The specimen chamber is positioned above the mounting table and is limited at the top by the adjustable crossbeam.
Control of the test stand is managed by the EXCITING MOT controller system.
All control electronics for the system are housed in an industrial PC cabinet.
The control cabinet is made of powder-coated sheet steel and meets protection class IP 50 according to EN 60529.
