F.H.P.U. "ZAK" has been operating on the market since 1991. For over 30 years, we have specialized in complete overhauls, retrofits, modernizations and sales of metalworking machine tools, with particular focus on heavy-duty lathes, milling machines, boring machines and other industrial equipment.
CNC machine modernizations are carried out using reliable SIEMENS control systems. Our scope of work also includes hydraulic and lubrication systems, mechanical component refurbishment, as well as the design and manufacture of special-purpose equipment and custom technical solutions related to machine tools.

In addition to machine overhauls and retrofits, we also provide large-scale machining services, including:
• gantry milling – maximum workpiece dimensions: 12,000 × 3,250 × 2,700 mm, weight up to 70,000 kg,
• grinding of large machine beds and heavy components – maximum workpiece dimensions: 12,000 × 1,800 × 2,500 mm, weight up to 50,000 kg.
Our long-standing experience, technical facilities and in-depth knowledge of heavy machine tool construction allow us to carry out both comprehensive machine overhauls and tailor-made modernization projects according to customer requirements.
