General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting operating principle to provide controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to its 8-guideway H-frame construction, maximum rigidity is ensured throughout the pressing operation, and parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are stably maintained across the entire stroke length.

The CHSP 600/200 model, featuring a 600-ton main ram and a 200-ton blankholder (pot), is designed to provide full control over die and part during high-tonnage deep drawing and spinning operations. The frame construction is stress-relieved using a vibration method to ensure long life and reliable performance.
