Application Area:
With increasing testing volume, the demand for a higher degree of automation also rises (compared to the Cflow). The Mflow is a modular, expandable device that allows you to determine the melt mass-flow rate (MFR) and melt volume-flow rate (MVR). The base version of the Mflow melt flow tester is designed for MFR testing according to Method A and can be extended for MVR testing according to Method B.
Testing according to the following standards is possible:
- Methods A and B according to ISO 1133
- Methods A, B, and C according to ASTM D 1238
- ASTM D 3364
- JIS K 7210
Optionally, the Mflow can be equipped, for example, with pneumatic weight lifting (with or without cleaning function) or weight stacking.
The Mflow can be operated as a stand-alone device via a modern touch display or in conjunction with ZwickRoell testing software on a PC.
